Rembuk RW in North Jakarta Targeted to be Completed This Week

The stages of the 2020 rembuk RW in North Jakarta will begin from January 2-24

The 2020 rembuk RW (meeting forum) stage in North Jakarta is slated to be completed this week. As of last Monday (1/20), 1,943 proposals worth Rp 7,509,853,256,933 of the meeting had been recorded in 31 urban villages.

It is a follow-up to the Governor's Regulation number 89/2019 on the Implementation of the 2020 Musrenbang in the Framework of the Preparation of the 2021 city working plan (RKPD).

"The stages of the 2020 rembuk RW in North Jakarta will begin from January 2-24. The urban village Musrenbang has also begun this week," expressed North Jakarta Development Planning Sub-a gency Head, Hidayat Budiaman, Wednesday (1/22).

Based the data gathered, its implementation increased the number of proposals from the previous year by 37.11 percent with an increase in the budget up to 334.76 percent.

From the overall proposed 2020 rembuk RW, around 1,674 proposals worth Rp 7.5 trillion include physical activity proposals in the form of development or infrastructure provision

As for the 39 other proposals worth Rp 1 billion include non-physical activities in the form of human development and 230 proposals worth Rp 2.3 billion include goods in the form of non-capital.

He assessed the increase in the number of proposals from previous years reflects the level of public trust in the planning of development programs in the city increasing. It has connection with the achievement of about 80 percent of 2019 Musrenbang proposals that have been absorbed and can be realized this year.

"Community proposals through the Musrenbang stages will continue to be fought for to be realized," he stated.
